The surface water of the lake will be approximately 16 feet in elevation, and homes sites will vary from 18 to 26 feet. Question: How will you control the alligator population? We work directly with Dept. of Natural Resources to have ongoing reptile management. There will also be a full time employee responsible for managing the lake and the lakes program. Question: What size boats and engins are allow on Hampton Lake ? 25 HP gas engines maximum No JET SKIS or fast power boats, we intend to keep things peaceful and quite with little to no wakes.
